Solution:

1. Check the tin slag to see if there is a certain amount of tin slag before the tin furnace is opened for operation. It is necessary to clean up the tin slag left before the previous work in time, especially the area of the wave runner.

2. Check the amount of tin in the tin furnace. The amount of tin in the furnace should be 0.5-1cm close to the furnace surface when the wave is stopped. If the amount of tin is small, the contact area with the air is large, and the probability of oxidation is also large. If it is larger, the impact force of the liquid tin will also become larger, the torrent will roll over, and there will be more tin dross formed! It is recommended to add tin bars to the tin furnace immediately.

3. Check the temperature of the tin furnace. When the working temperature is low, it is easy to form a temporary infusible accumulation when the hot tin flows back into the furnace from the nozzle. It is recommended that customers increase the working temperature of the tin furnace within the allowable scale of the product.

4. It is recommended that operators break slag on time. They must break slag before leaving get off work every day. There is no need to walk the board during slagging. Raise the furnace temperature by about 10 °C (actual temperature) before slagging. It is better to use a small amount of recovery powder when slagging. Speed up the separation of tin and slag, which will significantly reduce the amount of slag.
